Teams keeps going offline - Microsoft Community.Why is my status always in "Offline" and I cannot change it to - Microsoft Community



 

Please correct me if I was wrong. To address if it is caused by your Teams Desktop App version, please kindly update your Teams to see if it works. It may take some time for Teams to check and install the latest version. If the problem persists after you updated and restart Teams, it may be related to the network issue.

To check this, please kindly switch to another network to see if the problem still exists. Also, please make sure there are no Firewalls set against Teams. To check this, please kindly talk to your IT admin in your organization and ask them to sign into Teams Admin Center with a tenant admin account to check.

In Teams Admin Center, please go to Users and click on your account name. If not, you could ask the admin to change it for you if it is allowed. Please refer to Set upgrade options for a single user in your organization for more detailed information.
